Undoubtedly, the diet is the number one reason why you have failed to lose weight, lose fat, and shed inches off of your body. Those poor choices that you have been making over and over for years and years have now started to show, and believe me I’ve been there.
For YEARS I have tried countless programs and supplements with a little success, but then found myself right back where I started or worse! I know that some of you out there have found themselves in that cycle.
Then to make things more confusing, there are a plethora of possible plans and regimens to follow to try and shed those unwanted pounds, as well as a mountain of different supplements and powders that preach about their weight loss capability.
I’m here to tell you that it is all just another way to keep taking your money.
What about the 3-day diet? Will that help me lose weight?
The simple answer is yes you probably will lose weight, but what are you actually eating to lose weight, and is it something that you can continue doing?
What about the 21-day Fast Mass Program? Will that help me lose weight?
Again, the simpler answer is yes you will lose weight, but again, what are you eating to lose that weight, and is this a program that you continue to do for the rest of your life?
I have spent my entire adult life searching for the solution. I wasn’t always in this good of shape, in fact I was never in this good of shape. It wasn’t until I made a few simple changes to the foods I was eating that I started noticing real lasting results.
Every diet fails for three reasons- 1.) it is unrealistic to keep doing for a long period of time, and 2.) there is never anyone to support you, and 3) they allow you to eat foods that you should not be eating.
I’m here to change all of that. I want to show you what foods you should be eating to lose weight, and not just weight- I’m talking body fat.
The idea is to build muscle to help you burn more fat. There is a huge difference between weight loss and fat loss. At my lowest weight, I was 173 lbs, but didn’t have barely any muscle definition especially in my midsection. Now, at 195 lbs, I am way more defined than I ever was, and that is all due to the way and foods I was eating.
So much of my success can be attributed to my diet. Not only did it help me shed inches and pounds off my body, but it made me feel healthier, stronger, and my joint pain was eliminated.
Not only that, I also believe that it made me smarter. I have been able to accomplish more in the last six months than I have in the last six years! The only difference between the last six months and the last six years is the way I was eating.
I don’t want to give too much away upfront as I want to be able to fulfill the second reason why other diets don’t work, and that is support.
I want you to check back early and often as I will do everything in my power to teach you the foods you need to be eating to lose weight. Everything from nutrition to fitness to the way we live our lives- all of it makes a difference in helping you reach your weight loss goals.
